Kernochan Center Filed Amicus Brief in Sedlik v. Von Drachenberg

The Kernochan Center filed an amicus brief in support of neither party in the en banc rehearing of Sedlik v. Von Drachenberg before the Ninth Circuit.  The brief proposes a new substantial similarity test that properly focuses the inquiry on whether the alleged infringer has captured the authorial elements of the original author's work.
