Events

The Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts is dedicated to examining the legal questions that surround creative work and its authorship, dissemination, and use.  Every year, we host symposiums, lunches, and lectures dedicated to subjects ranging from the copyright protection extended to code libraries, to the ethics of photography, to the restoration of looted works of art to their countries of origin.  Join us for an afternoon reception where you can talk to the Kernochan Center's faculty and staff, and to students who have worked with us as research assistants.  Get to know us, and sign up for our mailing list to be notified of events!
