Edward Lee, partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, and Professor Tim Wu, Julius Silver Professor of Law, Science and Technology, will discuss the legal and business risks, including the possibility of antitrust enforcement, Hollywood entertainment conglomerates weigh when considering mergers and acquisitions in the face of business headwinds.
